Apple Pancake (蘋果煎餅)
100 g 麵粉 ,2 顆放很久的蘋果, 30 g糖,2顆蛋,150 ml 優格, 150 ml 牛奶,4-5g 泡打粉,半顆檸檬,肉桂粉,15ml 橄欖油 ,30g 奶油,少許的草莓和糖粉
A蘋果,奶油,肉桂粉,10g糖和檸檬汁小火煮軟
B麵粉,蛋,20g 糖,優格,牛奶,泡打粉拌勻,進冰箱冰30分鐘
C小火,將煮過的蘋果舖在鍋底,放入奶油淋上B麵糊,待表面乾,翻面,再加少許奶油再煎個20秒
D點上草莓和糖粉

100 g flour ,2 apples, 30 g suger,2 eggs,150 ml yogurt, 150 ml milk,4-5g baking powder,lemon half,cinnamon powder,15ml olive oil ,30g butter, stawberries and suger in velo (for topping)
A.Dices apple and cook with butter ,lemon juice,suger 10 g ,some cinnamon powder
B.Mix flour ,eggs,20g suger,yogurt ,milk,baking powder ,olive oil all together and leave it for 30 mins at least.
1Place the cooked apple in the pan ,and butter ,pour B to cover it all ,slow heat until cake dry
2.Flip it over for 20 seconds (add some butter ) and flip it on the plate.
3.Place the dice stawberries on the top and sprinkle some suger in velo.
